A couple of minutes ago, a new friend, and yes someone you met just moments ago in life can count and feel like a friend, just showed me parts of myself I thought I knew.
The moment you believe you know everything about yourself is the moment your broken pieces start hiding away, underneath the mask we all wear everyday.
Strange how one new person can reveal a cover of comfort that I hid behind. . . . . . . . .
Let this be a message for those who may feel misunderstood and alone, that a new beginning could be just around the corner, waiting for you to discover it.
I know the initial plunge into new contact is an anxious, mysterious, and at times frivolous procedure; but on the other side lies new insight to a future you thought you never had.
