We meet and forget, to just keep traveling
Surfing the seas all inside our imagination
Every ounce of humanity broken under temptation

Yet the share you left behind was twice as nice
The glorified spectacle and heart drew you blind
Now you ponder with past ashes
Why wasn’t my joy everlasting?
